Sign in to Cloud Skills Boost

Access the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform and sign in with your Google account.

Access Your Public Profile

After logging in, navigate to your Account Settings page. On this page, scroll down to the Public Profile section.

Go to Account Settings

Copy Your Profile URL

Select and copy the URL in your browser’s address bar—this is your public profile URL.

Important: Make sure your profile is set to public so ArcadePointsPro can access your badge information.

Enable "Check My Progress" Button

Restore the progress checker in your Google Cloud Skills Boost labs with a single bookmark—no extension required.

What is "Check My Progress"?

The "Check My Progress" button helps validate your work in Cloud Skills Boost labs and track your completion. If it’s missing, you may be unable to finish labs or claim badges. This guide will show you a simple, secure way to restore it in one click.

Create a New Bookmark
- Open your browser’s bookmarks bar.
- Add a new bookmark (press Ctrl+D or right-click to "Add page").
- Name it something like Enable Progress.

Edit and Paste the Code

Right-click the new bookmark and choose Edit.
Delete the URL and paste the code below:

Use the Bookmarklet
- Open the Cloud Skills Boost lab page where the button is missing.
- Click your Enable Progress bookmark.
The button should now appear and function normally.

Troubleshooting

If the button does not appear, refresh the lab page and try again.
This bookmarklet works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, and most browsers—no installation or developer mode required.

Quick Badge Progress Tips

Prioritize short-duration skill badges first: Completing badges that require less time lets you collect points quickly and motivates you with faster early progress.

Avoid Common Mistakes
- Not Subscribing to Arcade: Don’t forget to subscribe on the official Arcade page before starting—otherwise, your badges might not count! Also you might not receive your prize counter mail!
- Completing Skill Badges before Facilitator Event: If you earn skill badges before enrolling in a facilitator/Arcade event, they won't be counted for that specific program.
- Lab Completion Timing: Be sure to spend at least 3 minutes in labs that are common across multiple badges. This helps ensure they are marked as complete everywhere they appear.
